I’m Emily,

Nice to meet you

I’m a Product Designer with a background in product management, currently leading conversion-focused design at New Look, an international fashion retailer. I’ve helped drive the company’s shift toward a more product- and data-driven approach, leveraging insights from my time in tech to accelerate impact.

Before this, I spent five years at Meta in ads and product management while simultaneously completing a PG Cert in UX Design at Falmouth University (2021–2022). I started in Advertising before I was selected to join Meta’s Rotational Product Manager (RPM) program in 2022. I worked across teams such as Horizon Workrooms, Integrity, and Ads Targeting, honing my cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking skills. After being impacted by layoffs in 2023, I became a founding member of Levioso, a startup where I led design efforts. Though the company ultimately wound down, the experience was invaluable to my growth as a designer.

At New Look, I’ve further expanded my product design expertise within a lean team, covering everything from research and strategy to wire-framing, prototyping, and user testing.

Outside of work, I’m always exploring creative pursuits. I ran a digital illustration business for two years and continue to experiment with design in various forms, including interior and graphic design.
